Barnsley CLCs News 22.10.09

The Cyber Café now boasts two new iTables, which have multi-touch interactive surfaces. We will be exploring the use of this cutting edge technology to enhance teaching and learning.


The CLC team has recently worked with over 60 primary and secondary schools across Barnsley to produce a film that will be screened at The Celebration of Learning event on October 21st and 22nd.



A programme of innovative ICT based approaches to learning has been sent to all primary head teachers in Barnsley and we are in the process of taking bookings for visits from primary pupils for next term. Download now



Holgate CLC staff members are delivering a Level 4 qualification for Teaching Assistants, aimed at supporting teaching and learning through ICT.

Holgate CLC is currently hosting evening adult learning sessions in Digital Photography and Shorthand.
